“I was referred to Dr. Craig Roberts by a friend. I had not been to the dentist in years and was a little apprehensive (because I know my teeth are not in great condition and I have a few medical conditions) going to my appointment. I went in for a cleaning and the hygenist was really nice and skilled. She gave me a lot of tips to help me improve my brushing. I'm not good with flossing, but I am going to try. Dr. Roberts was very friendly and after reviewing my x-rays explained what treatment I would need long term and what I needed to take care of right now. I really liked him and even though my teeth are not in great condition, he never made me feel badly about that. So I will be starting my dental journey and finally feel like I am with someone who cares about not just about my teeth, but me as well.”

She explains exactly what she is doing before she does it, so you feel comfortable and know what to expect. She also checks in on you just the right amount of times to make sure you are doing okay and just has an overall pleasant demeanor. FANTASTIC! I only had like less than 5 minutes with the actual dentist the first time which was fine because it was just a routine check-up and cleaning. Then I came back to see the doc for some fillings, and he was great! Really nice and so was the assistant. Everything went smoothly, and I didn't have to wait around for the doctor to try to juggle a bunch of other patients. I love small, low-key offices like this that make the experience as least painful as possible. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait at all to get started or after I finished and booked my next appointment any of the times I came.”
